Background

      Gary Cluff is a highly regarded national authority on recruitment trends and employment practices. He is frequently featured as a speaker at regional and national conferences of HR professionals and recruiters. His experience includes more than 25 years in human resources management roles with Owens Corning Fiberglas, Contel/GTE, PRC, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the MITRE Corporation.



      Gary is also known for creating the Cost Per Hire Survey for the Employment Management Association. He is the founder of Project SAVE in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, which has served as a cost-free network for over 400 regional recruiters and staffing professionals since 1990. Currently, Gary serves as the Vice President of Programs and Professional Development for the Washington Technical Professional Forum (WTPF.ORG).

      Gary is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where he received a Bachelors degree in Psychology, and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
